"I was in Ashley's first yoga class and enjoyed it so much I've stayed with her years later. She explains well and gives us lots of options. There is a wide range of ages and body types in her classes which I like. I'm in my 70s and not much of an exercise person, so gentle yoga suits me well. Recently, I had my strength and flexibility assessed and found it is like a woman ten years younger! That's because of yoga! Downward dog and twists rock!"
