Hatha Yoga – Wednesdays at 6:00 PM

This all-levels class blends gentle movement, steady postures, and mindful breathing to build strength, balance, and inner calm, all in the beauty of nature.
Taught with compassion and care, you’ll be invited to move with intention, honor your body, and find peace in the present moment.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle classes allow students to learn poses with ease, to build strength gently, and to feel comfortable with their bodies and their abilities.
Yoga is for every body! You'll still experience challenge, just in a gentle way with lots of options and props offered by our anatomy-aware teachers.
